1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During sales, festivals, or high-demand periods, processing time may be slightly delayed.

2. Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • courier partner availability,
  • weather conditions,
  • regional restrictions,
  • or unforeseen delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or order values.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if available),
  • customers can track their shipment using the courier tracking link.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations and products.

EliteClutch.in reserves the right to:

  • disable COD for certain pincodes,
  • or request prepaid confirmation for suspicious or repeated failed COD orders.

6. Delayed or Failed Delivery

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • incorrect address,
  • customer unavailability,
  • natural events,
  • courier delays,
  • or government restrictions.

If delivery fails due to incorrect customer information, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.


7. Damaged Packages

If the package appears damaged or tampered with during delivery:

  • do not accept the package if possible,
  • or record an unboxing video immediately after receiving it.

Please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos for assistance.


8. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India unless otherwise mentioned on the website.


9. Lost Shipments

If your order is marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 3 days of delivery status update.

We will coordinate with the courier partner for investigation and resolution.
