Refund policy

Welcome to EliteClutch. Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

We offer returns under the following conditions:

  • Product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original tags, packaging, invoice, and accessories must be included.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear & tear are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during special sales or clearance offers
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Used or damaged items after delivery
  • Gift cards or promotional items

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • a damaged product,
  • defective item,
  • or wrong product,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Product photos/videos
  • Packaging images

Our team will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.


4. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund may be processed via:
    • Bank Transfer
    • UPI
    • Wallet

5. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchange only for:

  • damaged products,
  • defective items,
  • or wrong size/color delivered.

Exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery.


6. Return Pickup

  • Return pickup availability depends on your location.
  • If pickup service is unavailable, customers may need to self-ship the product to our return address.
  • Shipping charges may apply in certain cases unless the error is from our side.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • Refund for prepaid cancelled orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your payment provider/bank.
  3. Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment gateways.
