Refund policy
Welcome to EliteClutch. Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We offer returns under the following conditions:
- Product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original tags, packaging, invoice, and accessories must be included.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear & tear are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products purchased during special sales or clearance offers
- Customized or personalized products
- Used or damaged items after delivery
- Gift cards or promotional items
3. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive:
- a damaged product,
- defective item,
- or wrong product,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Product photos/videos
- Packaging images

Our team will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund may be processed via:
- Bank Transfer
- UPI
- Wallet
5. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchange only for:
- damaged products,
- defective items,
- or wrong size/color delivered.
Exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery.
6. Return Pickup
- Return pickup availability depends on your location.
- If pickup service is unavailable, customers may need to self-ship the product to our return address.
- Shipping charges may apply in certain cases unless the error is from our side.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- Refund for prepaid cancelled orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your payment provider/bank.
- Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment gateways.
